Shipping Department and Customer Service Closure Dates
The Shipping Department and the Customer Service Department will be closed from 11am Mountain Time on Wednesday, 12/23/2020 thru Sunday, 01/03/2021 for the holidays and year-end inventory. We will resume shipping on Monday, 01/04/2021.
Shipping Information
We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Free USPS Priority Mail Shipping for orders over $100. Orders under $100 are $7.50 for USPS Priority Mail Shipping.
Return Policy
You can return a purchased product that is in an unused condition with original retail price tags within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Shipping charges are not refundable. This excludes clearance items and earrings which may not be returned or exchanged. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. Please return via USPS. Once the item has been received and is inspected as unused with original retail price tags, we will issue a refund for the item price to the original form of purchase.
